In honor of Rutgers University’s 250th anniversary, they will be holding a “Black on the Banks” conference, which will consider the history of  African-American students at Rutgers in the 1960s.

This “public conversation on the struggle for equity and access in higher education in the 1960s” will be held November 6-7 at Rutgers University-New Brunswick. View the conference poster here and the program here.
