The University of Michigan recently announced a $5 million dollar initiative to give humanities faculty resources to experiment with collaboration and team-based approaches to their work.

Michigan News reports that, “Under the Michigan Humanities Collaboratory, several teams will work on large-scale projects that create new models for humanities research, its communication to the broader public and training of the next generation of scholars.”
