Founding Director of the Futures Initiative and Distinguished Professor Cathy N. Davidson discusses her new book, The New Education: How to Revolutionize the University to Prepare Students for a World in Flux (“relevant and fascinating for both the consumers and the producers of higher education” –  Inside Higher Ed). Speaking with Anya Kamenetz (NPR), Davidson demonstrates how our current system, developed in the age of the telegraph but inadequate to today’s economy, can be remade by emphasizing creativity, collaboration, and adaptability.
