My first week Spring 15

Hi everyone!

I’m stopping by very quickly to comment a little bit on my first week at LaGuardia this spring term. I like my classes and my teachers.  I had some concerns about math but my faith came back to me when Mr. Mack explained to  us about the very convenient software he will be using for his class: educosoft.  English with Laura Tanenbaum couldn’t be better. She’s very enthusiastic about writing and as an artist I appreciate a lot the fact that she takes us through the creative path of it.  Dr. Albrecht on the other hand strives to make Philosophy of Art comprehensive which definitely promotes that very interesting questions and interventions take place during her class.

One tip that is working for me is definitely reading the material and trying to be ahead with it.

…see you tomorrow!

  1. Thanks Joyce! We missed you today. The point about staying ahead of the reading is great — everyone in Bridge Scholars today read your post and agreed that doing the reading is critical.

I’ll call and/or email you soon to show you how to post this to our Bridge Scholars blog instead of my grad school course blog — but no worries, my classmates love to hear about your first week of college too!

    Keep up the good work,
    Rachel
