FI Graduate Fellow, Humanities Pedagogy Lead & RA for Cathy N. Davidson

Dasharah Green is an English PhD student at The CUNY Graduate Center. She received a BA from John Jay College and an MA from St. John’s. University. Her research intersects radical pedagogy, Black feminist theory/praxis, and decolonization studies. She uses language as a tool to reimagine and uncover/track histories and genealogies of Black life through writing and storytelling. Dasharah has several creative writing pieces and scholarly essays published in various interdisciplinary journals. She has experience teaching First- Year Writing at her alma mater, John Jay College.
