How does stress effect health?
So far, we know that our body is designed to receive stress and we have no choice but to react to it. Stress can have its positive, for instance, it makes us aware and lets us avoid danger. It can have its negatives, for instance, when we are facing huge challenges and without any relaxation between these challenges leads to negative stress on our body. Stress can lead to physical issues such as headaches, high blood pressure, chest pain and an upset stomach. Stress plays a huge role in alcohol or drug abuse or even depression, anxiety or asthma.
One thing I think people should know about KBCC students is that we are very passionate about what we do and have high hopes to succeed and further our education.
